Great news...our first t-shirt order has arrived. If you ordered one of them, please see Tammy. If you did not order a shirt, you still can. The design is awesome! Remember, this is a fundraiser for the youth's summer mission trip. I placed another order yesterday which will be ready in two weeks. So it is definitely not too late. Purchase your shirt today!Posted by Tammy Hodges

We are busy planning our fundraisers for the next few months. Our plan is to go whitewater rafting this summer in the mountains and stay in a cabin. Hopefully, we can take some time to help out at a local food pantry or shelter while we are there. Here are our fundraising plans/ideas:Posted by Tammy Hodges
St. Paul's Lutheran T-shirts are for sale NOW:
$10.00 for youth-adult sizes
$12.00 for x-large sizes
We have an order coming in soon, but will order more if we need to!
Krispy Kreme doughnut sales: Planned for MAY
Students will pre-sale as many as possible and then sale some at local stores. The cost for each box will be $5.00. I hope we sell a bunch.
Car Wash/Yard Sale/Bake Sale: Possible, but not definite
This sounds like a good idea, but past records do not show that these events are profitable. Still weighing our options.
Luau (is this spelled right?): June fundraiser
We would love to host another dinner similar to our Winter Wonderland. Except the theme would be a luau, of course. Haven't worked out the details but everyone likes to eat!!
If anyone has any great ideas, please share them with us.

We recently took a trip to Red Fox Games in Woodruff, SC. They have multiple fields and challenges for the paintball enthusiast. We were invited by West End Baptist Church (thanks Justin). The two youth groups really learned a lot about each other and had a great time playing together. I think my guys (my girls stood me up) were surprised to find out that I was going to play paintball with them. What were they thinking? That I was going to sit under a tree all day and do Suduko? Come on. I won't lie, that sounds good to me too. But anyway, I survived with only one HUGE bruise on my arm. It was nasty. Can't wait to go back this Fall.Posted by Tammy Hodges

Our Winter Wonderland was a great success.
Thank you so much to everyone that bought
tickets, brought a cake, donated money or food,
and to those that worked the event. A special
thank you to Daddy Joes and J Michaels for
donating the delicious chicken for the event.
Cathy did a great job of helping us decorate and
cook. You guys are awesome!
We will have our annual Egg Hunt at the
Cazel residence on April 3, from 2-4 p.m. LCY
members are asked to attend the event and help
hide eggs for the children. We will be giving
away lots of goodies and prizes! In order to
make the event successful, we are asking for the
following donations: bags of candy, prizes (small
toys), monetary donations, chocolate bunnies,
egg shells(clean, crushed and placed in baggie -
to be used for an art project).
The LCY will be selling St. Paul’s Lutheran
Church T-shirts to raise money for our summer
mission trip. If you are interested in purchasing
one, please fill out the form and return to Tammy
or an LCY member. T-shirts are $10 -Adult Lg.
and $12 -Adult 3XL.
